The products themselves are great, which is why I’ve ordered several of them, but I am having some serious trouble attempting to charge them. The charging ports do not seem to be straight and I’m unable to plug a Micro USB cable. I can’t get the cable into 2 of them at all, and the 3rd one is difficult but doable. I’ve tried several different cables with the same results. They currently have some charge, but I’m not sure what to do when the batteries wear down. I have attached pictures of my attempts to charge 2 of them.
